This year BMBL included in the registration fees for all divisions a fundraiser for the Mackey Field project. As many of you know and have seen, the project has begun. This fundraising fee is limited to one per household so families with multiple players in BMBL will still only pay $150.
During the first week of practice in late March, BMBL will be distributing your raffle tickets to each player. Families who would like to receive their tickets early can reach out to Tiffany Stoudt, Mackey Project Fundraising Coordinator. Each player will receive the raffle tickets they purchased at the time they registered. Each family will be given fifteen $10 tickets ($150 value). It is up to each family to sell these tickets if they choose to OR keep all 15 tickets for themselves. All tickets will be collected and entered into the cash prize drawing being held during Fun Days at the Boyertown Community Park on Saturday June 4th.
We will have 13 cash prize drawing winners:
- (1) $1000
- (4) $500
- (8) $250
Additional tickets will be available for those who want to sell more than 15. Prizes will be awarded for top sellers.
