Overview

BMBL offers tryout-based teams for all Senior Division age groups. These teams play at a more competitive level than non-tryout teams and, in some cases, have a longer season.

The Senior Legion Boyertown Bears team is run by a different organization outside of BMBL. You can reach their website at bearstadium.com.

2025 Fall/2026 Summer Advanced Play Tryouts

BMBL will be holding tryouts for both the 2025 Fall Season and the 2026 Summer Season Advanced Play teams in September 2025. These teams will participate in both Fall and Summer tournaments as well as in a league. Due to the tournament-centric focus, the age cut-offs have been adjusted from prior years to be more aligned with tournament age cut-offs - the player's age on April 30, 2026 determines which team(s) they are eligible to play on.

How tryouts work

Players interested in trying out for one or both of the 2025 Fall and 2026 Summer Advanced Play teams must register using one of the links below. We will form two separate teams for each age group from this single tryout. The 2025 Fall team will be announced immediately after the tryouts and the 2026 Summer team will be announced after the Fall Season. Unlike the Junior Division, Senior Division Advanced Play players will not play rec ball. Therefore, players should only register for either Rec or Advanced Play, not both.

Players are permitted to try out for older age groups, if interested. To do this, register for your age group but go to the tryout for the older age group. There is no cost to tryout. Players selected for a Fall Advanced Play team will have to pay the TBD Fall Advanced Play Fee within 2 weeks after the team is announced. Players selected for a Summer Advanced Play team will have to pay the TBD Summer Advanced Play Fee by December 1, 2025.

Tryout dates and times are as follows. Players are encouraged to attend both tryouts for their age group, but are only required to attend one. The Rain Date for the tryout will be Monday and Tuesday of the following week.

2025 Fall/2026 Summer Senior Division Advanced Play Tryouts

BMBL is committed to providing and managing a cost effective, safe and enjoyable youth baseball program. It is our intention to provide a program, in the tradition of Boyertown Baseball, which teaches baseball fundamentals, respect, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and a competitive spirit, all of which will assist our youth in becoming responsible and productive adults.

This registration is for tryouts for the Summer 2026 Junior Legion teams. These teams will also play in some tournaments and scrimmages in Fall 2025. Eligible players have birthdates between 2009-2013.
